Do I need to register to use HallBooking?
For just searching the halls you need not to register. If you are looking availability of halls for specific date, then you need to register - simple registration process by providing your Phone Number and responding with OTP.
Does booking online cost me more?
Not at all! The price of the Hall Booking is the same as you would directly get from the Hall operator.
Is it mandatory to take a printout of the Booking Acknowledgement Slip (BAS) in HallBooking?
It depends on the Hall Operator you have booked with. We strongly recommend you to carry a print copy while visiting the Hall for further procedures. Even mBASs are available on HallBooking. For operators that support mBAS, the SMS that is sent to your mobile can be produced at the time of visiting the Hall.
I've lost my BAS. What should I do now?
You can login into with your Phone Number or email ID and reprint the BAS. If you have provided the email ID, a copy of BAS would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked it. Please take a printout of that mail and produce it at the time of boarding. If you have not received the BAS e-mail, please call any of our call centers and our executive will re-send you a copy by mail.
What is an mBAS?
An mBAS is an SMS that is sent to your mobile on booking a Hall. This SMS has the BAS Number along with the booking related information. It can be used to show your Booking to the Hall Operator while you are visiting for further procedures.
I didn’t receive my mBAS. Can you re-send it?
In case you don’t have a copy of the mBAS either, contact our call center and our executive will assist you.
Does the owner of the credit card with which the Booking is done need to be one of the users?
Not at all! A user can use any card to pay for the Booking, not necessarily their own. However, please note that the user in whose name the Halls is booked should carry a proof of his identity (along with the BAS) at the time of visiting the Hall.
