1. ROLE OF HALLBOOKING
HallBooking only provides a technology platform that connects intending Publics with Hall operators. It doesn’t operate any Hall or offer the service of Halls to the User. HallBooking also doesn’t act as an agent of any Hall operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.
The Hall Booking Acknowledgement Slip (BAS) which HallBooking issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the Hall operator regarding the session availability.
The amenities, services, fares, schedule, Hall type, session availability and any other details pertaining to the Hall service are provided by the respective Hall operator and HallBooking has no control over such information provided by the Hall operator.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF HALLBOOKING
In its role as a technology platform to enable transactions between the Hall operators and the Users, HallBooking shall not be responsible for the operations of the Hall operator including, but not limited to the following:
- Amenities available as per the description provided by the Hall Opeartor;
- The conduct of Hall operator's employees, representatives or agents;
- The condition of the Hall, sessions etc. not being up to the customer's expectation or as per the description provided by the Hall operator;
- Cancellation of the Session due to any reasons;
3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USERS
Users are advised to call the Hall operator to find out the exact Price and tariff, or any information which they may need for the purpose of booking the Hall.
User have to visit the Hall premised well in advance of their Event date to ensure that all the amenities and other arrangements are there. There may be additional costs involved like Cleaning, Chairs or seating arrangements etc. So User better to discuss about this.
4. CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Cancellation of Hall Bookings are subject to acceptance of Hall Operators. Users are advised to contact Hall Operators in this regard.
