Cancellation of Hall Bookings are subject to Acceptance of Hall Operator. User only have to approach the Hall Operator and request for cancellation with reasons. It is up to the Hall Operator to accept or reject. Even though they accept, there may be Cancellation Charges applicable as decided by the Hall Operators. Once the Hall Operators consents for cancellation they will only refund the Booking Amount by deducting the charges if any. Hall Operator will have to provide the Proof of Refund or the User has to confirm to HallBooking about the refund. Then only the bookings will be marked as cancelled in HallBooking.
